Configure company settings
Admin
Set the company identity, logo, legal identity and bank details.
Presentation
Company settings define what appears on your documents (invoices, quotes, receipts): name, address, contact, logo, legal identity (share capital, tax ID) and bank details. The name, logo, colors and contact details (address, phone, email, website) also appear in the footer of emails sent to your customers: to them, it is your company communicating, not the platform.
Access
Settings > "Company settings". Reserved for the administrator.
Interface description
- Company information: Name, address, city, country, contact.
- Appearance / Logo: Logo and shape (round / square) applied to documents and the app.
- Legal identity and bank details: Share capital, tax ID, bank; appear on official documents.
Step-by-step procedure
- Action: Open the company settings. Result: The sections (info, appearance, billing, bank) appear.
- Action: Fill/update the fields, choose the logo and its shape, then save. Result: The new settings apply to documents and the app. Check: Generate a test invoice to check the logo and legal identity display.
Examples
[Simple] Initial setup: At go-live, you enter the name, address, logo and legal identity: invoices and receipts immediately match your brand.
Tips
- Complete the legal identity (capital, tax ID): it is often mandatory on invoices.
- The currency is not entered manually: it is derived automatically from the company COUNTRY. Pick the country from the searchable list and the currency adjusts itself (EUR by default).
- Keep the address, phone, email and website up to date: they appear in the footer of the emails your customers receive (invoice, quote, alerts). Your company is the one highlighted; the platform appears only discreetly as a "Powered by BizCoRa" note.
