Reset a forgotten password

Receive a code by e-mail and set a new password, in 3 steps.
Presentation
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself, without waiting for the administrator, using a code sent to your e-mail.
Access
On the sign-in screen, tap the "Forgot password" link below the password field.
Step-by-step procedure
- Step 1: enter your e-mail and date of birth, then tap "Send code". -> A code is sent to your e-mail address. (Check: Check your mailbox (and the spam folder).)
- Step 2: enter the received code, then tap "Verify". -> The code is validated and you move to the next step.
- Step 3: enter your new password, then tap "Reset". -> The password is changed; you can sign in with the new one.
Examples
The code has a limited validity. If it has expired, restart step 1 to receive a new one.
Error messages
Invalid or expired code
Cause: The entered code is wrong or no longer valid. - Solution: Restart step 1 to receive a new code, then re-enter it quickly.
Tips
- Copy and paste the code from the e-mail to avoid typos.
