View all loyal customers and their points

AdminCashier

The list of all your customers with their points balance, ranked from most to least loyal.

Overview

This screen shows ALL your customers and how many loyalty points each one has. At the top, a company summary: number of customers with points, total points in circulation and their value in currency.

Access

From the home screen, open the "Customer loyalty" card (Sales and customers section). It only appears if the loyalty program is enabled in the company settings.

Interface description

  • Statistics header: Three figures: loyal customers (with points), points in circulation, total value in currency.
  • Search and sort: Search a customer by name; sort by Ranking (points) or by Name.
  • Customer row: The rank (in points sort), the name, the value in currency, and a badge with the number of points.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Open "Customer loyalty" from the home screen. -> The list appears, ranked by points (the most loyal first).
  2. Tap a customer. -> Their loyalty record opens (balance + points history).

Examples

[Simple] Find your best customers: Keep the sort on "Ranking (points)": the customers with the most points appear at the top of the list.

Edge cases

The card and screen are only visible if loyalty is enabled in the company settings. Customers without points appear with 0 points.

Tips

  • Use search to quickly find a specific customer, or sort by Name to browse alphabetically.
