Understand your dashboard and navigate

All roles

The home screen adapts to your role and groups your shortcuts by theme.

Presentation

After signing in, you land on a dashboard that differs by role: the cashier sees the sale screen, the manager and administrator see shortcut cards grouped by theme (Sales, Stock, etc.).

Access

The dashboard is the screen shown right after signing in. The top bar shows the company name and action icons (profile, notifications, help, logout depending on the role).

Interface

  • Top bar (company header): Shows your company logo and name.
  • Profile icon: Opens your profile (personal info, password).
  • Help icon: Opens this Help Center.
  • Logout icon: Closes your session (a confirmation is asked).

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Spot the top bar and its icons. -> You identify your cross-cutting shortcuts (profile, help, logout).
  2. Tap an action card (manager / admin) or use the sale screen (cashier). -> The matching screen opens.
  3. To go back, use the back arrow at the top left. -> You return to the previous screen.

Examples

The cards and icons shown depend on your role: if you do not see a feature, it is not allowed for your role.

Tips

  • A stock alert banner may appear on the manager / admin dashboard: tap it to act directly.
