My subscription and payment
Choose a plan, pay by card or Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN, M-Pesa), manage renewal, cancel or change plan.
Overview
The Subscription screen lets the administrator manage the company plan (Basic, Professional, Enterprise), pay online and track the due date. Payment happens on a secure page: by bank card or by Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, M-Pesa) depending on your country.
When your company is created, you automatically get a 14-day free trial. The countdown starts at your first login. A banner at the top of the dashboard always reminds you how many days are left. No card is required during the trial.
Access
From the dashboard, tap the "Subscription" card. Only the administrator can pay or change the subscription.
Interface description
- Trial banner: Shown at the top of the dashboard during the free trial. It shows the days left and changes colour as the end approaches (green, then orange, then red). Tap it to open the Subscription screen.
- Current plan card: Shows your plan, status, due date and renewal mode (card = automatic, Mobile Money = by reminder).
- Automatic renewal: A switch enables/disables renewal. Turning it off schedules cancellation at the end of the period.
- Plan cards: Each plan has a button to activate it (first payment) or change plan (upgrade/downgrade).
- Monthly / Yearly: A selector switches between monthly and yearly billing. Yearly is always cheaper: a green tag shows the savings percentage (about 2 months free).
- Currency selector: Choose the payment currency (EUR, USD, XOF, XAF...). It drives the displayed prices AND the available payment methods (Mobile Money for African currencies, card for EUR/USD). If your currency is unavailable, EUR or USD is used.
Step-by-step procedure
- Open "Subscription", choose a plan and tap "Select" or "Activate". -> A secure payment page opens in the browser.
- Choose your payment method (bank card or Orange Money / Mobile Money), then confirm payment. -> After confirmation, return to the app and tap Refresh: the status becomes "Active".
Special cases
End of free trial: once the 14 days have passed without a subscription, a blocking screen appears and access to features is suspended until you subscribe to a plan. Your data is preserved: just choose a plan and pay to resume immediately.
Mobile Money (Orange Money...): automatic charge is not possible. Before each due date you receive a reminder with a link to renew. Without payment, access is suspended after a grace period.
Bank card: renewal is automatic at the due date. On failure, several retries are attempted before suspension.
Plan change: upgrading is immediate and charged pro-rata for the remaining time; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period.
Cancellation: your access is kept until the end of the already paid period; you can re-enable renewal before that date.
Tips
- Prices are shown in your market currency (EUR, USD, XOF...). Keep your invoices from the list at the bottom of the Subscription screen.
