Use the Help Center and search

Quickly find an answer: browse by category or search by keyword.

Presentation

The Help Center explains, step by step, how to use the application. It only shows features available to your role, to avoid confusion.

Access

Tap the help icon (question mark) in the top bar of your dashboard.

Interface

  • Search bar: Type a word (e.g. "sale", "invoice"): matching articles appear immediately.
  • Category list: Groups articles by theme (Sales, Stock, etc.).

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Open the Help Center via the help icon. -> The category list and the search bar appear.
  2. Type a keyword, or tap a category then an article. -> The article opens with its sections (presentation, access, steps, examples, errors, tips).

Tips

  • Use search rather than browsing: a single word is usually enough to find the right article.
