My profile and my password

View your personal information and change your password.

Overview

Your profile gathers your personal information (name, e-mail, company) and account actions, including changing your password.

Access

Tap the Profile icon (person) in the top bar.

Interface description

  • Personal information: First name, last name, e-mail, date of birth, ID card, company, member since.
  • Change password: Starts the change procedure (via the secure reset).
  • Logout: Closes your session (confirmation asked).

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Open your profile via the Profile icon. -> Your information appears.
  2. To change your password, tap "Change password" and follow the procedure. -> You receive a code and set a new password. (Check: Sign in again with the new password to confirm.)

Edge cases

Editing some information may be reserved for the administrator.

Tips

  • Change your password at first sign-in and never share it.
