Create your company and account

Admin

Self-register from the login screen: create the company, the admin account and choose a plan (free trial, no card).

Presentation

Sign-up lets a new user create their own company and admin account, with no intervention. It is the very first step to use the app: it creates your isolated workspace (tenant) and your administrator access.

You start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. You can choose and pay for a plan later from the Subscription screen.

Access

On the login screen, at the bottom, tap "Create a company".

No prior account or login is required: it is a public flow.

Interface description

  • Company step: Company name, country (picker), number of employees, and optional fields (industry, address, tax number).
  • Account step: First name, last name, email, date of birth (18+) and password (with live strength hints).
  • Plan step: Plan choice (prices come from the server), monthly / yearly toggle, and currency based on country. Everything starts with a free trial.
  • Review step: Summary of your information and acceptance of the terms of use before creation.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Action: On the login screen, tap "Create a company". Result: The 4-step sign-up flow opens.
  2. Action: Fill in the company (name, country, number of employees), then tap Continue. Result: The Account step appears. Check: The country must be selected (it determines your billing currency).
  3. Action: Enter your personal information and a password meeting all the displayed criteria. Result: The hints turn green when the password is valid. Check: At least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit and 1 special character.
  4. Action: Choose a plan (or keep the free plan), then review the summary and accept the terms. Result: The "Create my company" button becomes available.
  5. Action: Tap "Create my company". Result: A screen confirms a verification email was sent to your address.
  6. Action: Open the email and click the verification link, then come back to sign in. Result: Your company and admin account are created; you can sign in. Check: If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or use "Resend email".

Examples

[simple] Start for free: A small shop creates its account, keeps the free plan and starts its 14-day trial right after verifying its email.

[intermediate] Choose a paid plan: A business selects the Professional plan at sign-up: it still enjoys the free trial, then activates payment later from Subscription.

Edge cases

The chosen email is your login identifier. Disposable email addresses are rejected.

The billing currency follows your country; some countries fall back to an international currency if the local one is not priced yet.

Payment is not requested during sign-up: it happens after login, from the Subscription screen.

Error messages

Passwords do not match.
Cause: The confirmation field differs from the password. Solution: Re-enter exactly the same password in both fields.
Too many attempts.
Cause: Several sign-ups or resends were requested in a short time (anti-abuse protection). Solution: Wait a few minutes before trying again.

Tips

  • Use a professional email you actually check: it is your login and the channel for important notifications.
  • Choose the right country: it sets your billing currency and some legal mentions.
