View credit notes

Access the list of credit notes generated by refunds. Read only.

Overview

Credit notes are generated automatically on each refund. This screen lets you view and filter them by period. Read only.

Access

Dashboard > Finance section > 'Credit notes' tile. Permission: sales.refund.

Interface description

  • List: Paginated list: number, amount, currency, reason, date. Infinite scroll loading.

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Dashboard > 'Credit notes'. -> Credit notes list displayed.

Error messages

Loading error
Cause: Connection lost. Solution: Tap Retry.
