Sign in to the application

All roles

Open a session with your e-mail and password, and choose the language.

Presentation

Signing in is the very first step: it opens your session and determines what you can do in the application, depending on your role (cashier, manager or administrator).

Your administrator creates your account and gives you your e-mail address and password.

Access

The sign-in screen appears automatically when the application starts, as long as you are not signed in.

Interface

Language selector (top right): Lets you choose Français, English or Deutsch. The change is immediate.
E-mail field: Your work e-mail address. It must be valid (format name@domain).
Password field: Your password (at least 6 characters). The eye icon shows or hides the typed text.
"Forgot password" link: Opens the reset procedure (see the dedicated article).
Sign-in button: Validates your credentials and opens your session.

Step-by-step procedure

If needed, choose your language at the top right. -> All texts immediately appear in the chosen language.
Enter your e-mail address in the first field. -> The field accepts input; a malformed address will be flagged on submit.
Enter your password in the second field. -> The text is hidden; tap the eye icon to check it. (Check: Check there is no extra space before submitting.)
Tap the sign-in button (or press Enter). -> You land on your dashboard, tailored to your role. (Check: The company name appears at the top of the screen: the session is open.)

Examples

Regular sign-in: You enter [email protected] and your password, you submit: the sale screen opens.

Change language before signing in: A colleague prefers German: they pick Deutsch at the top right, then sign in; the whole app stays in German.

If you stay on the sign-in screen after an update or restart, this is normal: just sign in again.

Error messages

E-mail required / invalid

Cause: The e-mail field is empty or does not match the name@domain format. - Solution: Enter a complete, correct address, without spaces.

Password too short

Cause: The entered password is shorter than 6 characters. - Solution: Enter your full password; if it is shorter than 6 characters, contact your administrator.

Incorrect credentials

Cause: The e-mail or password does not match an active account. - Solution: Check your input; use "Forgot password" if needed, or contact your administrator.

Tips

Tap the eye icon to re-read your password before submitting: it is the most frequent cause of error.
Never share your password. Every action is traced under your account.
